Messenger Pro 4.23 does HTML email, Unicode (Drobe.co.uk)
Messenger Pro can now display HTML-formatted emails, thanks to a new built-in HTML engine. Version 4.23 of the email and usenet client was sent out by publisher R-Comp just before the weekend.

Localized Websites and the html Tag (WebProNews)
For a website that supports multiple languages, it is important to tell the client what the selected language is. This is done in the tag in the lang or xml:lang attribute and could look something like this for an XHTML document:
